Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Trent Acres, Kings Bromley, DE13 7HR
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.00am – 4.00pm
Salary: £23,638 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Start: September or earlier 2026

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them achieve their individual learning goals.
- Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, creative and personalised learning experiences.
- Encouraging pupils to build confidence, resilience, independence and positive relationships.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can succeed.
- Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, communication and social development throughout the school day.
- Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals to ensure every pupil receives consistent, high-quality support.

Options Trent Acres School is an independent specialist school in rural Staffordshire for pupils with autism, trauma, attachment, anxiety, and other complex needs.
