About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking educational institution in the heart of Chigwell, Essex, is seeking a remarkable individual to fill the role of a full-time Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, SEN Support Assistant, or Pupil Support Assistant. With a generous daily rate ranging from £107 to £140, this is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored, one-on-one or small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
- Collaborating with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalised learning plans
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures student confidence and success
- Adapting teaching techniques and resources to cater to the unique requirements of each student
- Contributing to the overall wellbeing and personal development of our pupils

Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in education, SEN, or a related field (desirable)
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset
- Commitment to continuing professional development and ongoing learning
