Holy Trinity C of E Primary School
About Us & The Role
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and committed Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our brand-new Specialist Resourced Provision (SRP), opened this September within our welcoming primary school community. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help shape a nurturing, inclusive environment from the very beginning—supporting children with complex special educational needs to thrive, grow, and feel truly valued.
This role is not just about what you will do, but who you are.
We are looking for someone who brings warmth, patience, and empathy into every interaction – someone who understands that progress looks different for every child and celebrates even the smallest steps forward. You will be working closely with pupils who will have a range of complex needs, requiring consistency, creativity, and a calm, supportive approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
