We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to fulfil two roles:

  • To work with and support an identified pupil in Year 6 who has an EHCP.
  • To provide a lunchtime supervisory duty.

Teaching Assistant – (Level 2) 1:1 SEND Support

15 hours per week/ Fixed term until July 2027 - unless the pupil leaves the school or the funding ceases.

  • Grade 5 SCP 7 - £14.14 Per Hour (43.60 weeks/term time only)
  • Monday to Friday – 15 hours per week in total
  • 1:1 SEND TA Position – 9:00am – 12:00 pm.
  • Lunchtime Supervision – Total of 4 hours a week (Grade 1 SCP 3 - £13.28 per hour).
  • Total of 4 hours. (Finish at 1:00pm on Mondays, Wednesday & Friday/ Finish at 12:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for an identified KS2 pupil with SEND.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school.
