Job Description
You will work as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which all children can play, develop, and learn.
Little Acorns is the foundation for children’s education at Henley Green School and an integral part of our Early Years provision. It is overseen by our Early Years Leader and Deputy Head.
Role Overview
Henley Green primary School wish to appoint a permanent full-time Teaching Assistant. We are seeking an excellent teaching assistant to join our ‘GOOD SCHOOL' (OFSTED March 2024).
The Successful Candidate Will Be:
- Passionate about children and supporting them to do their very best.
- An inclusive thinker.
- Able to engage and motivate pupils with SEND.
- Recognise that children come from different backgrounds, with different experiences and they are equally valued.
- Commitment to work hard as part of a team.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
