Salary: D4 £13.48 to D6 £13.92 per hour
Hours of work: Full-time 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent / NPA

About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, resourceful, proactive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, welcoming team. This role will be working in the Mississippi Class.
Part of the working week as a Class Teaching Assistant and part supporting Named Pupil. The successful candidate will be working within a skilled and caring team.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be a team player who is able to communicate well and build supportive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
- Be willing to embrace and support the ethos of our school
- Have high expectations
- Have a desire to improve their practice further
- Outstanding links and relationships with parents, a committed Governing Body, and excellent links with our local Community
- Understand that some children may have emotional barriers to learning that need to be supported
- Be experienced in supporting all children
- Be able to support children to overcome emotional triggers in a supportive and calm way
- Have professional communication skills and be able to interact with outside agencies
- Prepare resources and good attention to detail
