Your Role As a Teaching Assistant
- Provide one:on:one and group support to students, helping them stay engaged and focused in class.
- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom management.
- Support children with their learning, ensuring they understand and can access the curriculum.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
We're Looking For In a Teaching Assistant
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in a primary school setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to helping children achieve their best.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with teachers and other staff.
