About You

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant : Barking will be:

  • Patient and Resilient: Ready to support students with complex needs.
  • Proactive: Able to use your initiative to engage students in learning.
  • Experienced: Previous experience with ASD, ADHD, or PMLD is highly valued (though a passion for SEN is most important).
