- Salary: £25,614 - £26,846 per annum, pro-rata (Grade 2 to 3, points 3 to 6)
- Hours: 31.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 38 weeks per year

Kingsfleet Primary School is seeking a passionate, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
This is a whole-school Teaching Assistant role; you will be working flexibly across the school according to the needs of our pupils and staff. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of supporting primary-age children and the ability to adapt their approach to different age groups, learning needs and classroom environments. Experience of working with younger children, including Reception-age pupils, would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone who:
- has relevant experience of working with primary-age children
- can work effectively and flexibly across different year groups
- can build positive relationships and support children’s learning, wellbeing and independence
- is patient, reliable, adaptable and works well as part of a team
- understands safeguarding and inclusive practice
- shares our commitment to helping every child “Be the best you can be!”.

A relevant Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification and Paediatric First Aid training are desirable. Candidates must be willing to undertake appropriate training where required.
