This is a great opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or education professional looking to develop their SEND experience within a supportive and specialist environment.

The school offers a more personalised approach to learning, with smaller groups and a strong focus on building positive relationships with pupils. It could be an excellent next step for someone looking to move away from the demands of a busy mainstream environment.

The Role Will Involve

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Helping pupils access and engage with lessons
  • Supporting literacy, numeracy and wider learning activities
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with pupils
  • Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
  • Working alongside teachers to adapt learning to individual needs
  • Supporting pupils throughout the school day, including during less structured periods
  • Contributing to a calm, safe and positive learning environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
