Are you passionate about developing young people to be the best version of themselves?

Hoople's Study Programme is aimed at 16-19yr olds, and those up to the age of 24 with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP), who struggle in mainstream education, supporting learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs and disabilities. Our aim is to support these young people, who are not yet ready to enter further education, work, or an apprenticeship and help prepare them for the next steps in their lives. We are looking for two Teaching Assistants to support in the classroom. You will need a positive approach, an ability to motivate and inspire, along with creative and organisational skills. If you're looking for a rewarding job working with young people, come and join us on their journey where no two days are the same! Hoople Recruitment are working on behalf of our client to recruit to this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
