Role: Teaching Assistant: Warrington
Pay: GBP95 - GBP115
Position: Full-Time, Part-Time and Flexible Day-to-Day Supply

If yes, you're in the right place! We are looking for dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistants to join secondary schools across Warrington. Whether you have years of classroom experience, a background in youth work/care, or are a graduate aiming to start a career in education, we have flexible roles ready for you.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (e.g., childcare, tutoring, sports coaching, care work).
- Confidence to manage a classroom and handle behavior positively.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing for one—we can help with this).

Key Duties
- Support classroom teachers by helping students understand lessons and stay focused.
- Work 1:on:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra help with reading, maths, or classwork.
- Help manage classroom behavior and keep a positive, calm learning environment.
- Support pupils according to their individual learning plans.
- Help prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
- Uphold strict safeguarding guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
