A specialist PRU school in West Drayton is seeking a passionate and energetic Teaching Assistant to join their team supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

No two days are the same. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be helping young people overcome barriers, rebuild confidence, and achieve things they never thought possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Helping students engage with learning and develop confidence
  • Becoming a positive role model inside and outside the classroom
  • Making a real impact every day as a Teaching Assistant
