The Role
Teaching Assistant supporting a Year 5/6 class
- Long-term role with September start
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning
- Supporting pupils through whole-class, group and one-to-one activities
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2
- Confidence supporting upper primary pupils across the curriculum
- A calm, organised and proactive approach
- Commitment to helping pupils achieve their best
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
