Teaching Assistant: Ealing and Southall

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience


Reeson Education is currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Ealing and Southall, who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work within a nurturing school environment and support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within a school setting.
  • Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Have a caring, patient and positive approach.
  • Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive difference.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential.
