We invite applications for a Teaching Fellow to teach and assess courses in years 2 and 3 for the MSc Primary Care Ophthalmology Degree Programme, providing both specialised and generalist input. This will include the supervision of Master’s dissertation students and the assessment of their work.

- This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

Edinburgh Medical School
Edinburgh Medical School is one of six schools within the University of Edinburgh’s College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. As a leader in biomedical and medical education, the School aims to provide an exceptional educational experience and equip the next generation of scientists and doctors with the tools they need to address the world’s scientific and medical challenges. The School delivers undergraduate and postgraduate teaching for over 6,000 students, in addition to conducting pedagogical research. Edinburgh Medical School coordinates the administration and delivery of a number of on-campus and online degree programmes, including undergraduate medicine (MBChB), undergraduate degrees in biomedical sciences, and a wide variety of postgraduate taught programmes in biomedical, clinical, and population health sciences.
Edinburgh Medical School works across a number of University campuses and NHS sites, including Edinburgh BioQuarter, the University’s central campus, and sites at the Western General Hospital campus.
