About the Role

Could you help our students to develop their skills and confidence as they explore the world of employment opportunities?

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for helping young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) achieve their ambitions?

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Job Coach Team Leader to lead our growing team and play a pivotal role in transforming lives through meaningful work-based learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated team of Job Coaches
  • Ensure high-quality, learner-centred services that help young people develop confidence, independence, and employability skills
  • Work closely with learners, employers, parents, carers, tutors, and external partners to create inclusive opportunities that support learners in achieving their individual goals and aspirations
  • Coach and develop staff
  • Oversee training and induction programmes
  • Promote best practice and drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong employer partnerships
  • Identify exciting work placement opportunities
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative work-based learning opportunities
