Team Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
2–3 hours per day | Weekday schedule
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Team Admin Assistant to support core administrative operations and provide structured assistance during event delivery. This part-time role requires exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative operations — Maintain records, update internal systems, and support daily administrative workflows.
- Document management — Prepare, proofread, and quality-check documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communication support — Manage inbox activity, respond to enquiries, and support internal correspondence.
- Scheduling coordination — Assist with diary management, meeting preparation, and coordination of small internal activities.
- Data integrity — Enter and maintain information across databases with a high level of precision.

Event-Related Responsibilities
- Event preparation — Support operational readiness the day before events, ensuring all materials, lists, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Meet-and-greet team oversight — Manage a small meet-and-greet team on event days, ensuring professional presentation and smooth guest arrival.
- Placename & seating updates — Handle last-minute amendments to placenames, seating plans, and guest lists with precision.
- Trophy & signage coordination — Ensure trophies, signage, and branded materials are delivered, checked, and correctly positioned.
- Charity collection management — Oversee charity collection materials and processes, ensuring compliance and accurate handling.
- On-the-day operational support — Provide structured assistance throughout the event to maintain professional standards and resolve issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently for short daily periods.
- Experience in administration or event support is advantageous but not essential.
