We have the job for you!
Known internally as a Probate Beneficiary Contact Administration Support, this Team Administration Assistant role here with us at Move With Us (part of Simplify), is all about providing first-class administrative and client support.
Working with our existing client base in the Probate division, the Team Administration Assistant plays an important part in ensuring new referrals and client enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally. You'll manage incoming referrals, monitor and manage the referral inbox, allocate tasks to the Sales team, and provide wider administrative support to help the team effectively manage its portfolio.
You'll also have direct contact with our clients, responding to enquiries and working with their requirements, so you'll need to be confident communicating both verbally and in writing and able to provide excellent customer service.
You'll be happiest in a busy environment where there is plenty to keep on top of. You'll be organised, able to transition between different tasks and comfortable working to deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner. A significant part of the role involves communicating with colleagues, clients and external partners, particularly over the telephone, so you'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and dealing with a variety of enquiries.
You'll be organised and conscientious, with good time-management skills and the ability to work accurately to deadlines. There can be several different things requiring your attention at once, so you'll need to be able to prioritise effectively, transition between tasks and remain professional when working under pressure.
As you'll be supporting our Probate division and dealing directly with clients, some of whom may be upset, empathy, and good listening skills are particularly important. You'll understand that different situations can require different approaches and will be able to adapt your communication accordingly.

You'll also be computer literate, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong customer-service focus.
