Role Overview

Are you seeking a role that will provide you with excellent training and exposure to all the duties that will in time see you progress to a legal PA?

This 12 month contract is an ideal role for an individual with this aim! You will be involved in all administrative support to a team of fee earners and legal PAs who are working on high profile matters

  • Previous experience is not essential but some form of admin or customer service experience is essential along with a legal secretarial qualification (including CILEX, ILSA or Pitmans).
  • You will have a high attention to detail and be able to manage different tasks at once whilst updating line managers with your work load!

Responsibilities

  • You will see the life cycle of legal matters from day one when a lawyer is instructed through to the final billing stages!
  • Please note this is not a role for individuals seeking training contracts or legal practice careers.
