Role: Team Administrator
Location: City of London
Hours: 37.5h per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £36,000 depending on experience
Maternity cover until February 2028
Introduction
A high-end, luxury private healthcare clinic are recruiting for a Team Administrator to support the Director of Operations and wider team.
What you will do as the Team Administrator?
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the office and clinical areas. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards as well as operational systems and some financial processes, supporting the Operations Director to deliver the day-to-day running of the clinic for clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and efficient, with a focus on exceptional high standards.
Team Administrator Duties
- Working with the Operations Director and team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Promoting and maintaining exceptional standards from relationships with colleagues to the look and feel of the clinic.
- Daily management of facilities and communicating key facilities information to the wider team.
- Building relationships with the landlord, subcontractors, and all of the key suppliers.
- Office organisation to include stock checks, ordering, and deliveries.
- Supporting the maintenance of health, safety, and security procedures.
- Working closely with IT to ensure that all software and hardware is fully operational for all colleagues.
- Administrative responsibilities to include supporting compliance to CQC regulations.
- Accounts and administrative financial processes.

- An exceptional team player who is supportive, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy.
- Outstanding communication skills with an enthusiastic, warm, and confident approach.
- Uncompromisingly high standards, dedicated to exceptional client service and attention to detail.
- First-class organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Extremely polished and well-presented.
- Ability to put people at ease and interact professionally with colleagues, visitors, and high net worth clients.
- Office experience in a luxury environment in hospitality or private healthcare.

Please note, this Team Administrator role is 5 days a week in the clinic located in the City of London. 37.5 hours a week with shifts varying from 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, and 10am - 6pm.
