Team Administrator – Initial 6-Month Temp Assignment
£20p/h + 2 days in office / 3 days WFH + collaborative & supportive global Business environment + possibility of role being made permanent in the future
A highly successful, global pharmaceutical organisation is looking to engage a Team Administrator on an initial 6-month (rolling) temporary assignment.
Team Administrator Remit
- Support Business Unit Lead & team with generalist admin tasks including data management, reports, presentations, proposals, meeting rooms, etc.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Organise travel arrangements & accommodation as required, acting as main point of contact.
- Raise invoices & POs and monitor team spend.
- Manage team expenses ensuring all expenditure is logged and billed correctly at the time of spend and process followed with the deadline being met.
- Work closely with other departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Medical teams on approval process for client contracts.
- Manage allocated projects.

Team Administrator Profile
- A team administrator background in a busy commercial environment.
- Technically proficient including MS Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce / SAP or similar.
- Strong experience & knowledge in Excel, including VLOOKUP's, link workbooks, etc.
- Demonstrable experience in diary management, compiling large sets of data in Excel, booking travel itineraries, managing lots of data input, liaising with various departments for necessary information, etc.
- A proactive, tenacious and flexible approach to work; detail-orientated.
- Confident communication skills, building and developing key business relationships.
- Able to manage high volume (and sometimes repetitive!) workload with accuracy & proficiency.
