Job Description
The Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and Early Detection and Intervention Team (EDIT) provide specialist support for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, or who may be at increased risk of developing psychosis. We work closely with service users, families, carers and partner agencies to deliver timely, recovery-focused care and improve outcomes.
We are looking for an organised and motivated Team Administrator to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. Based in Swinton, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service, acting as a key point of contact for service users, carers, clinicians and partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialist mental health service while helping to ensure high-quality, responsive care for the people who use our services.
The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the EIP and EDIT pathways, including appointment management, minute-taking, managing referrals and correspondence, maintaining clinical systems, and supporting the coordination of service delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
