Are you looking for a role that offers exceptional training, a tailored career development programme, and a competitive salary? We're recruiting a Team Administrator to join our Edinburgh office.

As a Team Administrator at Burges Salmon, you'll work closely with our Client Support Team, providing vital support to Assistants and PAs while helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives in a collaborative team culture, and values variety in their day-to-day work. You'll work alongside fellow Team Administrators to manage and prioritise tasks from a shared inbox, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.

As you develop in the role, you'll be given increasing responsibility and opportunities to broaden your skills, supported by ongoing training and development within the team. This role provides an excellent foundation for building a long-term career at Burges Salmon.

What you'll be doing:

You'll provide support across a variety of tasks, including:

  • Handling paperwork – filing and storing deeds
  • Preparing legal documents for signing and registration
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Collating expenses
  • Printing and scanning
  • Travel arrangements
  • Assisting with financial reporting

We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in-house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
