About the Role
Bartlett Employee Benefits is growing fast and looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working administrator, with an attention to detail, to support our continued success. The role provides critical support to the running of our Employee Benefits division, working closely with our Consulting teams and the Head of Division. As well as routine tasks, there will be the opportunity to work on exciting operational projects to support the growth of the division.

Responsibilities
- Drafting Pension Governance reports, adding provider MI and initial content for the consulting team
- Collating initial employee presentation content from stock material on request from consultants
- Participating in operational projects
- Collating monthly renewal workflow MI reporting
- Managing the allocation of file checking system and creating reports for Compliance Board and consultant performance review
- Supporting with monthly billing
- Management of team CPD and arranging of monthly team knowledge exchange
- Managing team Outlook inboxes
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for the Head of Division
- Supporting the consulting team with client work during busier periods or staff absence
- Distributing post
- Keeping provider contact details and agency numbers up to date
- Supporting with event coordination
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an individual with prior experience in an administrative or professional services environment. Some of the experience, skills, and behaviours which are important to us are:
- You are a strong and articulate communicator with a proficient level of written and spoken English and grammar
- You are resilient and tenacious
- You are keen to continually learn and develop your knowledge and skill-set
- Experience of team environments and an understanding of the importance of the team and how together we will all support each other in being successful
- Being proactive in your thinking and how you can improve work tasks and support our busy team in being more efficient
- Ability to efficiently manage your own workload often without supervision
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong organizational/administrative skills
- Ability to develop, nurture, and maintain positive working relationships
