Team Administrator

Leeds | Permanent

Our standard working hours are 09.30am – 5.30pm and this role is working 5 days a week from our Leeds office. As an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider flexible working requests.

The Opportunity

Join a team where your expertise truly matters. Pinsent Masons is looking for a Team Administrator to join them to assist with scanning, printing, post duties, expenses, and document production.

  • This role sits in the Pensions Team within the Finance and Projects department where you will liaise with key stakeholders including fee earners, PA Services Coordinators, and PAs
  • This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Administration skills in a large and busy department

What You’ll Do

Bring your experience to the table and play a key role in the success of our firm, building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful impact, including:

  • Responsible for end-to-end service delivery
  • Delegate and promote correct use of firm-wide resources
  • Review and collate returned tasks
  • Adherence to the firm's policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain filing and archive systems
  • Collate and prepare information
  • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Prepare and submit expenses
  • Take initiative and responsibility for liaison with other support services
  • Escalate issues to ensure the office is kept safe and in good repair
  • Ownership of copying, faxing, printing, scanning, bibles, bundles, pagination, and indexing
  • Answer communications in a professional manner
  • Innovate and design to improve service area
  • Proactive response to practice group priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement
