The Opportunity

Are you organised, reliable and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?

We’re looking for a Team Administrator to join our Faversham operation on a 3-month fixed term contract, providing essential administrative support to help keep our busy logistics operation running smoothly.

Working as part of the team, you’ll be responsible for a range of operational administration, from managing stock movements on our systems and maintaining accurate paperwork to issuing uniforms, gate passes and equipment.

You don’t need previous experience of all our systems – full training will be provided. What’s important is that you’re comfortable using IT, have great attention to detail and can stay organised in a fast-moving environment.

Role Details

  • Salary: £36,946.20 per annum, pro rata for the 3-month contract
  • Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hours: 13:30 – 22:00
  • Working Pattern: Any 5 days from 7, including weekends
  • Location: Faversham - ME13 7TW

What You’ll Be Doing

As Our Team Administrator, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maintaining and updating the AS400 system, helping to ensure stock and operational information remains accurate.
  • Processing stock movements and adjustments across the operation.
  • Supporting the movement of stock across AS400.
  • Issuing gate passes, uniforms and operational equipment to colleagues.
  • Processing, filing and maintaining equipment paperwork and other operational documentation.
  • Managing records relating to uniforms, voice consumables and other equipment.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the operation to coordinate and complete key administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting general reporting and administration.
  • Prioritising your workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable working in a busy operational environment.

You’ll Ideally Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Confidence using IT systems and learning new processes.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues across different teams.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in and support the wider operation.
  • Previous administration experience would be beneficial, particularly within a warehouse, transport or logistics environment.
  • Experience using AS400 or another warehouse management system would be desirable, but isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
