Location: Near Fenchurch Street, London

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, office-based
Start: Immediate/ Short notice

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to provide day-to-day support to our client's Building Management Systems (BMS) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and team support.
  • Managing emails, documents, records and spreadsheets.
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate information.
  • Assisting with meetings, reports and general coordination.
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and external contacts.
  • Supporting the BMS team with day-to-day administrative requirements.

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional, reliable and proactive.
  • Previous administration experience is desirable.
  • Experience within construction, engineering or building services would be an advantage.
