Administrative Assistant – Global Architecture Firm
We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive Team Administrative Assistant to support 5 senior leaders within a fast‑paced, design‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex calendars, book global complex travel, visas, and expenses.
- Prioritise their needs and their teams’ requirements.
- Coordinate client meetings, room set‑ups, video conferencing, and hospitality.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors in person.
- Support budgeting, credit card reconciliation, timesheets, and expenses.
- Deliver administrative projects independently and to deadline.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative office culture.

About You
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders in a corporate or creative setting.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
- Strong initiative, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment.

Location – The City, close to Moorgate & Liverpool Street stations
Salary £40,000 to £41,500
Hours 9-5.30, 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
