Role Overview
The Team Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting Savills Glasgow Business Space and Operations teams through the delivery of high-quality administrative, marketing and operational support. Working closely with directors, surveyors and office management, the role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of business activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating client communications and supporting property marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Invoice processing
- Compliance administration
- Property listing maintenance
- Social media campaign coordination
- Travel arrangements
- Preparation of professional documentation
