Towelrads Team Administrator Opportunity

Towelrads is looking for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to join our Underfloor Heating team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding customer service, with the opportunity for skill and personal development through training and support. As a key member of the team, you will help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to project completion. The role offers plenty of variety along with opportunities for training, personal development, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a small, dedicated team flexibility is key to ensure smooth running and timely returns.
  • Monitoring the underfloor mailbox, dealing with enquiries, ensuring all are managed within the appropriate time advised.
  • Processing orders and notifying customers of any out-of-stock items, expected in-stock dates and delivery dates for goods.
  • Keeping team informed of low stock or shortages.
  • Process project orders to the expected delivery dates and book in with couriers and customers where required.
  • Booking site work requests to include distribution of necessary / relevant documents.
  • Logging new quotation requests and amendments to master quotation log.
  • Processing returns.
  • Consulting with Sales Team for quotation and order requests.
  • Consulting with customers efficiently and in a customer-friendly manner.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience 1 year (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and positive approach to work.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively within a process-driven environment.
