Team Administrator

Salary: £35,000
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 4 days in the office
Sector: Property Investment

The Opportunity

Are you organised, calm under pressure and looking for an opportunity where you can learn, develop and build a long-term career?

We are recruiting for a Team Administrator to join a successful and collaborative Property Investment business based in beautiful London offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who wants exposure to different areas of a business and the chance to discover where their strengths could take them.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the office and wider team running smoothly, supporting across EAs, HR, Front of House and general office operations. No two days will be exactly the same, so this would suit someone who is practical, proactive and genuinely enjoys being helpful.

You don’t need to come from one particular background. You could be in your second office-based role, a graduate or A-Level leaver, or have recently completed an apprenticeship. What matters most is your attitude, approach and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams across the business
  • Support the EAs and HR team with a range of administrative tasks
  • Assist with the smooth running of the office and general office operations
  • Provide ad-hoc Reception and Front of House cover
  • Help coordinate documents, items and materials between City offices
  • Collect deliveries and items from the building’s delivery bay when required
  • Assist with practical, hands-on tasks around the office
  • Respond calmly to changing priorities and requests
  • Build positive relationships across the business and become a trusted source of support
  • Get involved wherever needed to help keep the team and office running efficiently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
