Team Administrator, Museum, Central London
12 week temp booking initially, £17.00 per hour plus holiday accrual
High profile Museum needs proactive and well presented Department Administrator to help with all aspects of activity across the Philanthropy team. This is a varied and interesting temp role supporting the team at an exciting time. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders meeting and greeting donors as they visit the Museum. This will suit you if you have a sound grasp of Admin processes, are confident and well presented and have experience within Heritage and a strong interest in this area. This role is working in the office Monday to Thursday and WFH on Fridays. The role could be extended.

- Acting as first point of contact for the team, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Team diary and calendar management, including travel arrangements
- Liaising with key donors, sponsors, and stakeholders, keeping contact details up-to-date in the database and meeting them when they visit the Museum
- Processing expenses and purchase orders for the Director and the department, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines
- Overseeing departmental supplies and ensuring efficient office operations
- Coordinate logistics for VIP/benefactor visits and Museum events, including liaising with Security
You will have
- An understanding of the Museum, its approach to fundraising, its supporters, and the relevance of the key issues to the department
- Strong Administration experience preferably within the Heritage or Arts sector
- The ability to manage diaries and travel arrangements efficiently
- The ability to handle confidential information appropriately with discretion at all times
- First class communication skills with the ability to build inter departmental relationships
- A professional and friendly manner – very well presented
- The ability to work unsupervised, accurately
