aneemo delivers leading online training solutions to educate Health, Social Care and Voluntary sector staff and organisations in working with populations with complex needs (incl. people experiencing homelessness, mental health issues, substance use, learning disabilities, prison populations, young people and those experiencing multiple deprivation and exclusion).
This staff training and development company was established by Dr Emma Williamson (CEO, UK leading Consultant Clinical Psychologist) to deliver high-quality, video-based, online training to a range of organisations working in the support and care sectors. Passionately working across organisational boundaries to develop new approaches for addressing health inequalities, Dr Williamson and her team have a national reputation as leaders in the development and delivery of innovative health service solutions to enhance the support offered to client groups with complex needs, such as homeless people. We’re proud that this work can make a real difference to those who need it most.
Since its launch in 2018 this social responsibility start-up has been one of the fastest growing LMS platforms in the UK Health and Social Care sector. Backed by the Mayor of London and working in partnership with key organisations such as Crisis, YMCA, Salvation Army and Westminster City Council, along with more than 600 other homeless organisations, 50 NHS Trusts and 160 local authorities – aneemo is truly a sector leader.
We are looking for a Team Administrator with a desire to learn and grow professionally and a passion for causes that add social value. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful start up and a wonderful team. We are looking for someone with high levels of enthusiasm, contentiousness, initiative and a willingness to get involved.

Purpose of role:
The Team Administrator is responsible for organising and coordinating all our administration duties and procedures. The role will ensure core day to day activities are completed and prioritised but also has scope to get involved in a wide variety of ad hoc activities and projects. You will report to the Operations Manager but support the wider team as required- delivering against internal objectives and liaising with external clients and suppliers when necessary. The Team Administrator will exhibit high standards and be part of a small, busy and dynamic Organisation, able to flex and adapt to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- To handle and coordinate active calendars, schedule and confirm meetings, take meeting minutes, develop and maintain administrative team processes.
- Manage central email inboxes responding to student queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the onboarding of new students, ensuring all student records are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Assist with marketing and business development matters including social media and marketing material preparation.
- Support with account management activities including drafting contracts, completing new client documentation, raising invoices, producing progress reports, and answering client queries.
- Help with administration across a wide range of ad hoc business activities such as preparation of tender documentation and presentations, proof reading training and marketing materials, new course launches, and gathering data for analysis and reporting activities.
- Ensure client documentation is kept up to date and latest versions are always available on our central portal.
- Help with planning of off-site activities such as staff conferences, training events and company away days.

Qualifications and Further Training:
- 2:1 BA/BSc degree, with health or social sciences degree such as psychology or relevant business degree desirable.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including SharePoint an advantage.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Interest in education and learning, and a passion for adding social value.
- High degree of organizational skills, with a logical approach to work and problem solving.
- Resourcefulness and autonomy in finding information and answers from within and outside the company without prompting.
- Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
- Articulate communication skills – verbal, pictorial and numerical.
- Respect for data and details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Desire to invest your passion and commitment to a vision you feel you can embrace and contribute to the growth of the company and its success.
- A willingness and flexibility to do “whatever it takes” for “whoever needs it” to foster the growth and success of the business.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must have the right to live and work in UK.
