Job Description
This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 6 months. The hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week.
Internal applicants who wish to be considered for a secondment opportunity should discuss with their line manager the suitability of a possible secondment.
About the Role
Are you looking for an interesting temporary, part-time administration job? Now is a great time to join our administration team, at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, in this busy but rewarding team administrator post. We are based in Cinderford. This post is temporary for 6 months.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with excellent organizational skills who can sustain quality in their document production, work collaboratively with colleagues to manage the workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
You will need strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with the team and managers across the organization, providing responsive and proactive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To collect, collate, and create data reports in various formats for the team manager.
- To work within various IT systems and provide clerical and administration support to senior managers as required.
- The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and coordinate the efficient running of the service.
- To project the professional image of the trust through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times.

Minute taking experience would be an advantage, as this is an essential part of the role. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage.
