Wellington College Education (WCE) is the global educational network of Wellington College, working with schools and educational partners in the UK and internationally. Through educational excellence, leadership and partnership, WCE helps develop innovative approaches to education that equip young people to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections, our offices are based within the Wellington College campus, offering a unique and inspiring place to work.
We are seeking an organised, adaptable and enthusiastic WCE Team Administrator to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is a part-time position working 10 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with hours worked at regular agreed times Monday to Friday and flexibility to work between the office and home.
This is an exciting time to join Wellington College Education as it develops its work on Human Flourishing in the Age of AI. Drawing on emerging international thinking, including the OECD Human Flourishing Education framework, the team is exploring how education can respond thoughtfully to the opportunities and challenges presented by rapid technological change while remaining grounded in the human qualities that matter most.

You will become part of a small, ambitious team that works across the wider Wellington family of schools and with a range of educational organisations and partners. The work is varied, meaningful and intellectually engaging, offering the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives that help influence educational thinking both nationally and internationally.
