C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Team PA to join the Business Services team of a prestigious global consultancy in Central London.

This is an exciting team support opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant or Personal Assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment.

Salary: £45,000 - £46,000

Hybrid set up: 3/2

Key responsibilities for this Team PA position:

  • Managing complex and frequently changing diaries across a team of approximately 15
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and travel documentation
  • Preparing, submitting, tracking, and managing expenses, liaising with the Accounts team as required
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings for Managers and project teams
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to consulting project teams

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Team PA, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant
  • Experience supporting multiple busy stakeholders to a consistently high standard
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent complex diary management, travel coordination, and expense management skills
  • Previous experience within professional services, management consultancy, financial services, legal services, or another corporate environment is highly advantageous
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and take ownership of solutions
