Team Assistant Role in London

This role is with a public sector organisation based in London.

Description

  • Support diary management and meeting coordination, including booking meetings, arranging rooms and circulating papers.
  • Help organise team meetings and events, including agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
  • Support basic finance processes such as expenses, purchase orders and record keeping.
  • Arrange travel and logistics for colleagues and external attendees where needed.
  • Keep team plans, trackers and contact lists up to date.
  • Respond to routine queries and escalate urgent or complex issues.
  • Support practical team processes such as IT requests, new starter arrangements and document management.
