Junior Team Assistant

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Junior Team Assistant for a prestigious global investment firm. Position

Junior Team Assistant supporting a busy team of senior professionals within a global investment environment.

Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid Setup

4 to 5 days in a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive administrative, diary and logistical support to a busy team of professionals.
  • Coordinating complex meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing expenses, documentation, onboarding administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting project coordination, tracking deadlines and ensuring key deliverables are completed on time.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with team events, offsites and wider team initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and collaborating closely with the wider assistant community.
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.

Background and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Team Coordinator or Executive Assistant within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and working under pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High levels of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience within financial services, investment management, professional services or a similar corporate environment would be advantageous.
