We are working with one of our most longstanding clients - a well-known and highly regarded Property consultancy - to find an organised, proactive, and personable Team Assistant/EA to join their busy People & Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple projects, and keeping things organised behind the scenes. You’ll provide essential support across learning, development, talent, and culture initiatives, helping ensure programmes run seamlessly and colleagues across the business have a positive experience.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of a range of coordination and administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of learning, development, mentoring, and culture programmes from planning through to delivery.
  • Coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions, including registrations, communications, logistics, and attendance.
  • Supporting professional qualification programmes, tracking enrolment, progress, and completion.
  • Maintaining and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, course content, and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate learning, development, and compliance records.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and management information.
  • Coordinating mandatory training and monitoring completion.
  • Building strong relationships and subsequently acting as the key point of contact for learners, stakeholders, training providers, and facilitators.
  • Managing shared inboxes, meetings, documentation, and wider team administration.
  • Supporting digital learning initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency through technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
