Office Assistant (Ongoing Temporary Contract)

West London | £32,000 FTE | Immediate Start (Monday) | Fully Office-Based

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded consumer brand based in West London, looking for an Office Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll help ensure the office runs smoothly, providing a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while supporting facilities, administration, and workplace operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Meeting room setup and visitor management
  • Ordering stationery, office, and kitchen supplies
  • Post and parcel management
  • Maintaining office, kitchen, and communal areas
  • Assisting with health & safety processes and records
  • Supporting new starters and general office administration
  • Liaising with building management and reporting maintenance issues
  • Helping coordinate internal events and team activities

About you:

  • Previous office support or office assistant experience
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, proactive, and service-focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Happy working in a busy, hands-on office environment
