About the Client:

Our client is a globally recognised organisation operating at the highest level of international business. They are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support a high-performing team in their London office.

About the Team Assistant role:

This is a varied and fast-paced role Team Assistant role, responsible for keeping an exceptionally busy team running seamlessly. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Executive support to senior leaders within the team
  • Complex diary and inbox management.
  • Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, detailed itineraries, and frequent last-minute changes.
  • Organising board meetings, client meetings, and internal events.
  • Acting as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting projects and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple priorities.

Candidate specification:

  • Previous experience supporting at executive level in a fast-paced corporate, investment, or professional services environment is essential.
  • Outstanding diary and international travel management skills.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently.
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £75K, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits
  • Offices based in the West End, with excellent transport links
  • Core hours are 9am-6pm, with some out-of-hours work expected
