A well-established and highly respected organisation is looking to recruit an Executive Team Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders, providing critical support that enables the smooth day-to-day running of the business and its leadership team.

Your New Role

As Executive Team Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and delivery across the executive office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex executive diaries, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries, and expense management.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes, and executive correspondence.
  • Supporting leadership meetings, company events, and executive off-sites.
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, and key deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Acting as a key liaison between senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Providing office coordination and operational support where required.
  • Anticipating challenges and proactively resolving scheduling and administrative issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Teams skills, including diary and calendar management.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams, board-level stakeholders, or working within a fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous.
