About the team
Global Entertainment is a high-energy, fast-moving team responsible for some of our biggest entertainment formats, such as Idol and Got Talent. It’s a team that thrives on enthusiasm and going the extra mile, one where people genuinely care about the shows we make and the people we make them with.
As a team, Global Entertainment juggles complex production schedules alongside high-profile stakeholder relationships. The team are looking for people who bring organisation, curiosity and a genuine interest in production.

Job overview
This role combines broad team support with exposure to production. You’ll be working closely with the Global Head of Entertainment and Head of Pipeline, managing their busy and sometimes complicated diaries, while also being a key point of support for the wider Global Entertainment team; helping with day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and keeping internal communications running smoothly across the group.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers insight into the production of the Global Entertainment team over time.
Qualifications
Here you will get to:
- Manage the complex, fast-paced and ever-changing diaries for the Global Head of Entertainment and Head of Pipeline.
- Drive and coordinate complicated meetings involving key internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Meet and greet internal and external clients as needed.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the Global Head of Entertainment and Head of Pipeline with activities such as producing PowerPoint and other presentations.
- Support with conference events such as client screenings, pitch meetings, sales conferences.
- When required, compile an agenda in advance of meetings and take minutes to be circulated to key stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of support for the wider Global Entertainment team, helping with day-to-day operations, internal communications and general administration to keep a fast-paced, high-energy environment organised and on track.
- Get exposure into how our biggest entertainment formats are produced, working alongside the production team.
- Build genuine, trusted relationships across the business as a plugged-in point of contact for the team.
- Insight into the Global Entertainment production team.

We’re looking for:
- Assistant / administrative experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior individuals.
- Proactive mindset with an organised approach to daily workload.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Energy and enthusiasm – someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, with an interest in production considered a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy and administration; be highly self-motivated.
- A confident communicator who can help control busy, complicated diaries, juggle competing priorities and support a wider team.
- Someone who enjoys building productive working relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Professional presentation and demeanour with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
