Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can commit to working in the Dartford office Monday–Friday.

About The Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive Team Assistant to become the go-to support person for a busy team of around 35 professionals. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll help keep the team running smoothly by coordinating diaries, travel, meetings, events, invoices, and day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team of approximately 35 professionals.
  • Provide light-touch diary management and coordination support for senior leaders.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and team records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  • Organise team meetings, events, catering, and office requirements.
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, including flights, rail travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Process expenses and invoices, ensuring timely administration and accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support and proactively assist with ad hoc team requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys getting things done.
  • Confident, approachable, and people-focused – a natural "go-to" person for the team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, Team Assistant, Coordinator, or Business Support role.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine willingness to support others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
