C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Assistant within the Private Equity sector, offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus, based in Central London with five days per week in the office. This Team Assistant opportunity is with a leading global investment firm that offers exceptional benefits, outstanding career progression and exposure to high profile projects and events.

Position:
- Team Assistant supporting a busy team of up to 20 investment professionals, working closely with senior Executive Assistants
Salary:
- £35,000 - 40,000 plus bonus
Hybrid set up:
- Office based, five days per week in the Central London office

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Providing high quality Team Assistant support to up to 20 investment professionals
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Arranging international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate trackers
- Formatting documents, presentations and correspondence
- Supporting projects, business initiatives and team activities
- Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
- Working closely with senior Executive Assistants and providing team support when required
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience in an administrative, Team Assistant or corporate support role
- Comfortable providing a high level service within a professional environment
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent diary management and meeting coordination skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to get involved in projects and events
- Excellent communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in developing a career as a Team Assistant
