About the Role
One of our longest standing clients - a well-known, and highly regarded Property consultancy - is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Team Assistant/EA to join their busy People & Development team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in bringing learning, development, talent and culture initiatives to life. You’ll keep programmes running smoothly, connect people and teams, manage key systems and data, and help create a positive experience for colleagues across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate learning, development, mentoring and culture programmes from planning through to delivery.
- Organise events, sessions, registrations, communications and attendance.
- Support professional qualification programmes, tracking enrolment, progress and completion.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, course content and reporting.
- Maintain accurate learning, development and compliance records.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and management information.
- Coordinate mandatory training and monitor completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for learners, stakeholders, training providers and facilitators.
- Manage shared inboxes, meetings, documentation and wider team administration.
- Support digital learning initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency through technology.

What You’ll Bring
- You’ll be highly organised, approachable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in administration, coordination, learning, training or programme support.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data management skills.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience using an LMS or similar system.
- Confidence producing reports and working with data.
- A proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
