Team Assistant | Real Estate
Location: Central London (2 days working from home)
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Our client, an established and highly regarded real estate business, is looking for a proactive and organised Team Assistant to join its People & Development team. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across a variety of projects and priorities, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of the team’s learning and development initiatives.
About the Role:
- Coordinate the delivery of training and development programmes.
- Manage session materials, collateral, records and relevant information.
- Prepare feedback reports, summaries and other supporting documentation.
- Assist with internal communications and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics, including attendance tracking.
- Maintain annual learning calendars and training schedules.
- Prepare materials and resources ahead of training sessions and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider People & Development team.

About You:
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Experience coordinating events, training sessions or development activities would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a busy, varied environment.
