Located in the heart of London’s bustling and creative Soho, United Agents is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre, and comedy. We are currently recruiting an additional Team Assistant to join our successful and busy Actors Department with an immediate start.

Who

Our Team Assistants work across all offices within our Actors Department, providing additional support and holiday cover within Agent’s offices when necessary. The role requires someone who can multi-task in all areas of talent management – dealing with a wide range of clients, casting directors, producers and the media. The role requires someone who is hugely adaptable and has great attention to detail and would suit an individual keen to take the next step in their career, working with a number of high profile offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to offices within the Actors Department as required
  • Editing and uploading client self-tapes
  • Ensure client CVs, bios & departmental pitch documents are up to date
  • Source and edit clips for client material and put together showreels
  • Collect departmental submissions for projects
  • Script reading and report writing for department use
  • Book theatre tickets/arrange flowers etc…for press nights
  • Be responsible for setting up internal self-tape sessions for clients where appropriate
  • Coordinating attendees for round table departmental meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes
  • Gather and create a single, centralised source for travel and hotel deals, including preferential agent rates
