Team Assistant for Energy Trading Business
C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Assistant for a dynamic and fast-growing energy trading business. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership in a varied, fast-paced role, offering excellent exposure, strong benefits, hybrid working, and offices based in prestigious Central London locations.

Team Assistant supporting the Energy Trading Director, Finance Director and wider senior leadership team
Salary
£47,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid Setup
5 days in the office

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting management for senior leaders across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries and expenses
- Supporting leadership meetings, preparing presentations and assisting with reporting materials
- Managing internal communications, newsletters and Microsoft Teams channels
- Maintaining SharePoint sites, distribution lists, organisational charts and team information
- Acting as a key point of contact for the wider team, supporting onboarding and office coordination
- Organising team events, conferences, away days and client functions
- Supporting office culture initiatives and driving employee engagement activities
- Liaising with facilities and office management teams to ensure the smooth running of the office environment
- Providing professional support to senior stakeholders and helping improve business processes
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally 4 years experience supporting senior executives within a Team Assistant, PA or EA capacity
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience within a trading, energy, financial services or fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous
- Positive, engaging and collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to support the wider team
